Polyurethane stone (PU STONE ) is a manufactured faux stone product. Polyurethane faux stone was designed to make a realistic looking stone panel that is extremely easy to install. To make these faux stone panels, the polyurethane is poured into molds that have been cast from real stacked stone. Polyurethane (PU) is a composite material made of:

(1) one or more layers of polymer
resins joined by urethane links;

(2) a woven or non-woven textile backing such as polyester, cotton, nylon, or ground leather.

2. PU Stone 3D Wall Panel Installation 

Installing polyurethane stone panels typically follows these general steps:

1. Preparation: Ensure the surface where the panels will be installed is clean, dry, and smooth. Remove any dust, dirt, or debris.

2. Layout: Plan the layout of the panels, considering the dimensions of the wall or surface to determine where cuts may be necessary.
