Installation Instructions
Installation Steps:
- Prepare the Wall:
- Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
- If the wall is uneven, consider using battens to create a level surface.
- Use the chalk line and level to mark the installation points on the wall.
- Measure and Cut Panels:
- Measure the height and width of the wall.
- Cut the WPC panels to fit these measurements using a saw.
- Double-check all measurements before cutting to avoid mistakes.
- Start with the First Panel:
- Begin at one corner or the bottom of the wall.
- Apply adhesive to the back of the panel (if using).
- Position the panel on the wall, ensuring it is level.
- Fix the Panel in Place:
- Drill holes into the panel and wall where screws will be placed.
- Insert screws or anchors into the holes to secure the panel.
- If using a tongue-and-groove system, ensure the panel is properly aligned and connected to the adjacent panel.
