In order to ensure the good quality of the WPC wall panels, from the basic panel,  film coating and product quality inspection to do that .

1.Basic panel production standard: To ensure the basic panel, have good hardness, toughness, and not layered. We use more delicateraw materials ,and comply with the standard weight and density of the product mold, to ensure that the product structure is tighter, stronger during the extrusion process .

2. Film coating production standard:   
In order to ensure the pvc film with the basic panel sticks firmly and lasting, without bubbling and reduce, odor, we use hot glue film coating .
Also make sure there is no risk of the basic panel being exposed when the product is installed, for the wpc wall panel surface, we film coating (almost) area .At the same time, we will ensure cuts at both ends are flat and smooth.

3.Quality inspection
Only with good production processes and standards can we produce products of excellent quality. The quality supervisor will conduct quality inspections at every step of the production process to ensure that the quality is good before packaging and shipment .
